Book launch You can't change China, China changes you |
||
|
You are cordially invited to the book launch this Wednesday at 8.00 pm. You may already know that in China buildings need to be directed towards the south, or that the meaning of a phrase like 'maybe a problem' differs in China and the Netherlands. But through this publication and at the book launch you'll find out what it's really like to work and design in a completely different culture. Van de Water will be questioned about the content of his book by Wenchian Shi (project leader, MVRDV) and Michiel Hulshof (Go West Project). Afterwards the first copy of the Dutch edition will be presented to Lot van Schaik, former Chief of Cultural Affairs at the Royal Netherlands Embassy in China.
