In its wake, hundreds of thousands of dwellings were erected throughout the Netherlands in what became known as Vinex districts. Sometimes eulogized, often vilified, they have always been a source of debate. The Vinex Atlas gives the first in-depth account of the entire Vinex stock, describing 52 districts aided by aerial views from the mid-nineties, plans, site data and recent on-site photographs.
